Responsibilities

• Technical support and maintenance of our housing stock
• Management and coordination of vacant apartment renovations
• Planning, coordination, and supervision of maintenance and modernization measures
• Support in the preparation and execution of construction projects
• Communication with tenants regarding planned construction measures
• Responsibility for quality, deadlines, budget, and compliance with legal requirements
