Would you like to lead demanding infrastructure projects as a track and track substructure construction manager and lead your team on the construction site? As a recruiting partner for Walo Bertschinger AG, we are looking for you as a track and track substructure construction manager (m/f/d), 100% for the Goldach (SG) location. You will be responsible for the administrative, technical, and personnel management of construction sites in track and track substructure construction, responsible for costing, work preparation, supervision, measurement, and billing, and will lead projects in the area of track and switch renewals. What you will do

• Administrative, technical, and personnel management of construction sites in the field of track and track substructure construction
• Costing, work preparation (AVOR), supervision, measurement, and billing of construction sites
• Acquisition of new projects and support in the further development of the company
• Management of construction projects in the area of track and switch renewals

What distinguishes you for the job

• Sound training as a construction manager with corresponding performance record or equivalent training
• Professional experience as a construction manager in the field of track construction
• Willingness to manage complex and demanding construction objects

• Confident interaction with people from different cultures

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of railway-specific standards / safety processes
