The Mobile Space Systems business unit is a central part of the KLEUSBERG Group and specializes in flexible, immediately available container solutions for temporary or short-term space requirements. Our large rental fleet includes classic construction site containers, modern office and break rooms, schools and daycare centers, as well as complete sanitary solutions for a wide range of applications in industry, administration, and the public sector.
Our mobile space systems offer high quality, short delivery times, and maximum flexibility. They can be individually combined, adapted, and quickly expanded as needed. This allows us to provide functional, comfortable, and safe space solutions that are particularly convincing when time, scalability, and availability are crucial.

Responsibilities
Project Management & Construction Management
- You plan and manage your construction projects independently – from order clarification to successful handover
- You act confidently within the framework of LOB / VOB and ensure structured and smooth coordination of assembly on the construction site
- You check the feasibility of projects in advance – from the condition of the construction site and access routes to well-thought-out delivery concepts
- You manage all trades involved in the construction and ensure a smooth process on the construction site
Quality, Control & Follow-up
- You always keep an eye on quality, costs, and deadlines, ensuring that all specifications, plans, and regulations are reliably adhered to; you identify deviations early and report hindrances or delays legally soundly
- You carefully document the construction progress and ensure complete, traceable project documentation
- You record changes in scope, accompany acceptances, and ensure structured, sustainable defect rectification
- You reliably handle complaints and warranty cases and actively contribute to long-term quality assurance
Qualifications
Experienced, assertive, practical
- You have completed a skilled trade apprenticeship in the construction sector and have successfully qualified as a master craftsman – ideally as a master carpenter, master bricklayer, or master roofer, or have supplemented this with a qualification as a state-certified construction technician or are a certified site manager
- Alternatively, you have completed a degree in civil engineering or construction management
- You have sound professional experience in structural engineering and are confident on the construction site
Coordination and Organization
- You confidently coordinate various trades and maintain an overview even with complex processes
- You reliably plan and manage the deployment of fitters and subcontractors
- You are willing to travel and, depending on the project size and location, accompany your projects on-site for an extended period, thus ensuring optimal implementation
- You work confidently with MS Office and use digital tools to support your daily work
