Bauprojektleiter / Projektmanager, 90-100% (w/m/d)

Responsibilities

• You will lead demanding construction and infrastructure projects through the various project phases, both in Switzerland and abroad.
• You will plan your exciting projects independently and have intensive contact with clients, tradespeople, and external bodies.
• You will also take over the tendering process, contract management, and coordination with all involved partners and specialist planners.
• Ensuring costs, deadlines, and quality, as well as on-site construction management, completes your demanding area of responsibility.
• You will also ensure quality across all project phases.
• The workload can be 90 or 100%, depending on your preference.

Requirements

• You have a degree in architecture, civil engineering, construction economics, or further training/education as a construction technician, architectural draftsman / building construction draftsman, engineering construction draftsman, or equivalent (m/f/d).
• You also have professional experience in construction project management, construction management, construction economics, and/or cost planning.
• Good to very good English skills are expected for construction projects abroad.
• Do you describe yourself as cooperative, communicative, and committed, and do you have good self-management skills?
