Role Description

The BEE Verification Analyst will be responsible for conducting Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment (B-BBEE) audits, compiling verification reports, engaging with clients to collect and evaluate documentation, and ensuring compliance with relevant B-BBEE codes and legislation. The analyst will work closely with clients to deliver high-quality support throughout the verification process.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in B-BBEE auditing, compliance reporting, and verification methodologies.
• Strong research, analysis, and documentation skills to gather and interpret necessary client data.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for client engagement and collaboration.
• Attention to detail, organization, and accuracy in compliance audits and documentation evaluation.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a professional setting.
• Knowledge of South African B-BBEE legislation and regulations is essential.
• Maths and Accounting done at High School
• If you have a Tertiary degree in Commerce that would be an advantage.
