Job Summary
We are seeking a highly driven Bench Sales Recruiter with a strong network of Tier-1 vendors in the US IT staffing market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for marketing bench consultants, building direct vendor relationships, and ensuring quick placements through Tier-1 channels only.
Key Responsibilities
- Market bench consultants (H1B, GC, USC, OPT, CPT) exclusively to Tier-1 Vendors
- Maintain and expand a strong Tier-1 vendor network (No layers / No Tier-2 dependency)
- Proactively identify client requirements from Tier-1 vendors and submit suitable candidates
- Coordinate with consultants for availability, rate confirmation, and interview preparation
- Negotiate pay rates, terms, and closure with Tier-1 vendors
- Ensure quick turnaround on submissions and follow-ups
- Track submissions, interviews, placements, and closures daily
- Maintain database of active Tier-1 vendor contacts and requirements
- Work closely with internal recruiters and account managers
Mandatory Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Bench Sales (US IT Staffing)
- Proven experience working directly with Tier-1 vendors only
- Strong existing network of Tier-1 vendors / direct clients
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to generate daily requirements from Tier-1 vendors
- Experience working with ATS / CRM tools
- Strong understanding of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099)
Preferred Skills
- Experience handling consultants on multiple technologies (Java, .NET, DevOps, Data, etc.)
- Ability to close positions quickly with minimal supervision
- Strong follow-up and relationship management skills

- Daily Tier-1 requirements generated
- Number of submissions per day
- Interview conversion ratio
- Placement closures per month
- Vendor relationship growth
