About the role

The Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented Benefits Analyst to join our clients' fast-paced, international HR team. In this role, you will play a vital part in the day-to-day delivery and administration of our health, wellbeing, and retirement programmes across multiple regions, including Ireland, the UK, and Canada.

Key Responsibilities

Benefits Administration & Operations

  • Support the daily administration of health, risk and retirement plans across assigned countries.
  • Assist with annual cycles, including renewals, open enrolment and benefit communications.
  • Promote benefit offerings to enhance employee engagement and understanding.

Data, Reporting & Compliance

  • Perform data validation, reconciliation and regular audits.
  • Maintain up-to-date benefits documentation, process guides and employee-facing materials.
  • Ensure all communications are clear, consistent and easy for employees to navigate.

Vendor & Stakeholder Support

  • Act as the primary point of contact for vendors regarding routine operational queries.
  • Manage and track invoice processing for all benefit programmes.
  • Resolve employee and HR queries, escalating complex cases when necessary.

Projects & Continuous Improvement

  • Support key projects such as system updates, vendor migrations and regulatory changes.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve data quality.

Experience & Skills

  • Proven experience in Benefits, Total Rewards, HR Operations, or a high-volume administrative role.
  • Strong proficiency in spreadsheets and HR systems; comfortable handling large datasets with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills, with the ability to explain complex benefit information in simple terms.
  • Ability to work effectively in a matrix environment, both remotely and during onsite team days.
  • A curious, process-focused, and collaborative approach to problem-solving.

Remuneration:

  • Hourly Rate: €19.40 p/h.
  • 3 Days per week - 22.5h per week
  • Format: 12-Month Contract paid weekly via Brightwater

  • This role does not provide sponsorship for a work visa; applicants must have the existing right to work in Ireland for the duration of the contract.
