Your Role

The company is looking for a Head of Packaging Logistics for food products, operating in a 2-shift system in the Cologne area.

Your Responsibilities

• Disciplinary and technical leadership
• Holistic responsibility for packaging logistics
• Strategic planning and operational support of projects for automation and continuous process improvement (CPI)
• Ensuring personnel and organizational deployment planning
• Monitoring of occupational safety

Your Profile

• Completed vocational training in the food sector with a technician or master craftsman qualification
• Initial leadership experience in the food production environment
• Experience with packaging and logistics processes
• Knowledge of ERP systems
• Very good German language skills
