Die SmartTECS Engineers GmbH ist ein Unternehmen mit den Schwerpunkten Electric & Control Systems, Mechanical Design sowie Engineering Services, welches im Bereich Rail & Industrial tätig ist. SmartTECS ist dabei auf den Entwurf, die Entwicklung und Integration sowie die Testung von Fahrzeugen und ihren Subsystemen (Elektrik, Steuerung, Mechanik) spezialisiert.

What to expect from us

• Professional and personnel development of the "Engineering Services" department with the specializations of approval, RAMS LCC, and quality management.
• Optional development of additional professional focuses (technical documentation, maintenance planning, after-sales management, troubleshooting, etc.).
• Structured acquisition of new customers together with sales.
• Hiring and qualification of employees (training and qualification in projects).
• Initially, participation as a project manager in one of the focus areas: approval or RAMS LCC.
• You will receive support from management in the professional and personnel development, but also a lot of freedom for independent development of the department.

What we expect from you

• Completed studies in rail vehicle technology, electrical engineering, mechatronics, industrial engineering, or comparable.
• System knowledge of rail vehicles and industry-specific standards.
• Professional experience in one of the focus areas of approval or safety management (at least 5 years).
• Experience in the structured development of a department, experience in building a customer base.
• Independent working style, goal orientation, communication willingness, and team spirit.
• Experience in leading employees, dealing with customers, and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel to customers.
