About Our Client

Our client is an established provider of further and continuing education in the healthcare sector. They are looking for an entrepreneurially minded leader who sees e-learning not as a supplement, but as a central growth driver. This role is the engine for scalable digital content, efficient production processes, and economically successful digital products. The position reports directly to management and can be largely exercised remotely, with the willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Building a scalable, efficient e-learning production for the healthcare industry
• Developing modular, reusable content architectures
• Standardizing content creation
• Using AI to accelerate and scale production
• Managing the digital product roadmap with a focus on growth
• Close integration with market requirements, sales, and specialist departments
• Leading and further developing the e-learning team
• Introducing and monitoring relevant KPIs (e.g., time-to-market, production costs)

Qualifications

• Sound experience in building, managing, and scaling e-learning productions
• Strong understanding of scalable content models and digital product logic
• Experience with learning platforms, authoring tools, and digital production processes
• Entrepreneurial thinking and clear results orientation
• Ability to manage speed and quality simultaneously
• Leadership experience, including in remote and hybrid teams
• High digital affinity and innovative spirit
• Willingness to travel occasionally
