Your Tasks

• Process Management: You manage the entire recruiting process between clients and candidates and maintain an overview at all times.
• Market Understanding: You develop a feel for the market and learn to build and strategically use market analyses.
• Client Management: You build your own client base step by step, conduct contract negotiations, and maintain long-term relationships.
• Acquisition: You win new vacancies at clinics and practices and actively expand our network.
• Active Sourcing: You identify and win qualified candidates in the specialist physician field.
• Interviews: You conduct structured interviews and present suitable candidates to our clients.
• Process Responsibility: You accompany and are responsible for the entire placement process – from the initial contact to the successful contract conclusion – and act as the central point of contact.

Your Profile

• Communication: You have very good communication and negotiation skills as well as sound German language skills (at least C1 level).
• Presence: You have a confident and professional demeanor and can convince and inspire your counterpart.
• Motivation: You have a real passion for sales and recruiting.
• Entry: You have completed your studies or vocational training, or are a career changer – performance and development count with us, not the CV.
• Drive: You are ambitious, goal-oriented, and strive not only to achieve your goals but to exceed them.
• Personality: You are open, positive, have a sense of humor, and are eager to work in a dynamic, performance-oriented environment.
