IMAGO is structured into four teams. Marketing and Sales form the interface to customers and the market. The largest team comprises our development engineers, always creative and motivated to develop new products. The products are manufactured and finally tested at our site, supported by our finance team, which is responsible for the worldwide procurement of sub-components, among other things.
Students, for example from THM Friedberg-Gießen, Hochschule or TU Darmstadt, find their way to IMAGO through internships, Bachelor's or Master's theses, primarily through exciting tasks on new developments.
Friedberg (Hessen), together with the neighboring town of Bad Nauheim, is located north of Frankfurt/Main. Despite its proximity to the metropolis, it is more rural in character. Whether nature with Taunus and Vogelsberg or culture in the Rhine-Main area - it is a good place to live.
Your Role
We are looking for a structured, reliable, and versatile personality with a strong understanding of commercial processes to strengthen our office team. You will primarily support us in accounting and controlling, as well as in upstream administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Accounting and controlling tasks
- Pre-posting of invoices
- Travel expense reporting
- Creation and evaluation of commercial lists and reports
- Discussion and sparring partner for the production & finance department
- Inventory monitoring and material planning
- Participation in the further development of AI-supported analyses and processes
- Order entry and maintenance of customer and article data
- Completeness and plausibility checks
- Organization and processing of shipping processes
- Sales support activities
Requirements
- Completed university degree (Bachelor or Master) in Business Administration, Business Administration, or a comparable business-related field of study, or a commercial apprenticeship with proven additional qualifications
- Experience in the areas mentioned
- Very structured, careful, and independent way of working
- Strong organizational skills and enjoyment of diverse tasks
- Affinity for digital tools and process optimization
- Teamwork, reliability, and hands-on mentality
