- Collaborate effectively with Design Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Procurement, Supply Chain Strategy, and Frame Program Management at the engine level.
- Represent the BV PM team in Sourcing Boards, Intake Reviews, and cross-functional governance bodies, including active participation in the continuous improvement of these processes and acting as deputy for the functional lead BV PRM.
- Drive harmonization and improvement initiatives within the entire turbine organization.
What you bring

- Proven ability to lead and develop global teams, characterized by empathy, clarity, accountability, and a strong commitment to individual and organizational development.
- Experience with Blades & Vanes or hot gas path components of turbines and associated manufacturing processes such as casting, machining, and coating is a distinct advantage.
- Excellent communication, intercultural, and presentation skills, as well as fluent German and English language proficiency; additional languages are welcome.
