Responsibilities

Developing AI-powered reporting and analytics solutions with a focus on Power BI (data models, dashboards, reports)
Helping to build a scalable data platform, including data modeling and integration of heterogeneous sources as the foundation for BI and AI applications
Helping to shape the data and reporting architecture as part of the company-wide data and AI strategy
Technical coordination and AI-driven further development of the forecasting process in collaboration with national and international departments
Advising and enabling business units, ensuring consistent KPIs across all locations, and fostering a data-driven corporate culture

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in (Business) Information Technology or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in the development of BI and data analytics solutions
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Power BI (Desktop, Service, Gateway), DAX, and Power Query
Experience in data modeling and building high-performance, scalable data models
Proficiency in SQL and relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, SAP HANA)
Experience integrating heterogeneous data sources (SAP S4/HANA, CRM, APIs, Excel, SharePoint)
Strong coordination skills when collaborating with national and international departments
Analytical thinking, a structured and independent work style, and strong communication skills
Business-level German and good to very good English skills
