Global Logistics Company with a footprint in all major SA centres has an opening in their Durban office. This is an in-house role.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Develop in-depth understanding of the Business, understand and document business needs and system requirements, focusing on identifying and understanding the Business Intelligence (“BI”) requirements of the company, developing solutions and dashboards to meet these requirements.
• Identify ways of presenting and analysing data to improve customer and user experience as well as identify ways to improve operational excellence.

Desired Experience & Qualification

• Degree in SCM, Logistics, IT
• 6 – 8 years as an analyst within Logistics/Supply Chain
• Solid experience in BI / Virtualisation tools such as Power BI/Tableau/Qlik
• Proven ability to develop dashboards
• Data analysis skills
• Project Management
• Ability to take ownership of projects throughout the complete process
• Ability to communicate with Stakeholders
• Ability to use data to improve Business
• Implementing new and upgraded systems
• System testing
• User training
