About the Role

• Title: BI Data Analyst – Project Management Office
• Location: Saint‑Ouen / Paris
• Strengthening BI capabilities to support reporting, data quality, and analytics demands across Finance, Planning, and Project Management.
• Position opened for BI team growth and replacement needs, contributing to Alstom’s digital and data transformation objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards.
• Write and optimize SQL queries.
• Improve data models (star schema, fact/dimension).
• Support data validation and reconciliation.
• Collaborate with business teams to translate needs into BI solutions.
• Contribute to BI governance and documentation.
• Assist in the progressive internalization of BI expertise.

Required Profile

• 2–5 years experience in BI/Data Analysis.
• Strong SQL skills.
• Proficiency with Power BI.
• Experience with data modelling (star schema, fact/dimension).
• Understanding of financial KPIs.
• Analytical mindset.
• Ability to collaborate with technical and business teams.
• Fluent in English and French.
