Our client is global manufacture.

Responsibilities

• The client is looking for a BI Data Engineer with a strong background in data warehouse management to strengthen their Business Intelligence Competence Centre.
• You will work on the design and development of solutions for data collection, data warehousing and translate these into meaningful reports and analysis.
• To be successful in this role you need to have strong SQL skills, good knowledge of data systems and modeling, experience developing data processing pipelines and comfort dealing with complex technical problems.
• Strong analytical and logical skills, curiosity, organization, attention to detail and discipline are crucial for this position.

Profile

• Expected is a degree in Computer Science or related fields or multiple year experience in a similar role. This background ensures a solid understanding in relational and multidimensional data models and systems.
• You also have strong SQL development experience analysing, transforming and integrating paired with strong XML, Java, ACL and Python skills.
• We expect experience in the design and development of ETL/ELT solutions for Enterprise Data Warehouses using Microsoft SQL Server Tools and Services.
• The understanding of data management in Microsoft Dynamics365 and being familiar with Microsoft Azure services (SSAS, SSIS…) and analytics tools, such as Power BI is a plus.
• You will need to communicate in an international environment and therefore fluent English, both written and spoken is a must.
