Charger Logistics is seeking an experienced BI Engineer to join the team and contribute significantly to advanced reporting. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and expertise in SQL, data visualization, and dashboard creation. This role will allow you to transform complex datasets and support key business decisions through actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex datasets to generate actionable insights
• Develop automated reporting systems and user-friendly dashboards
• Collaborate with end users to understand data needs
• Facilitate the design and maintenance of key metrics tracking
• Communicate findings to stakeholders and senior management

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science or related field with 4+ years' experience
• Advanced SQL skills for data analysis and transformation
• Proficiency in Tableau or other BI visualization tools
• Strong ETL design and development knowledge
• Experience in the Logistics or Transportation industry preferred
