Your Responsibilities

• Platform Ownership & Operation: You are responsible for the stability, performance, and scalability of our hybrid SAP Data & Analytics landscape (SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud). Through sound root cause analysis, you resolve complex incidents and actively drive the automation of platform processes.
• Strategic Interface & Cloud Transition: As a central link between business consulting, development, and infrastructure teams, you translate complex requirements into technical roadmaps. You actively shape our technological transformation towards a future-proof cloud architecture.
• Technical Consulting & Architecture: You take on a key role in establishing and strategically aligning the SAP Business Data Cloud. You define best practices and guidelines, assess the technical feasibility of internal customer requirements, and design suitable solution approaches.
• Release & Lifecycle Management: You manage the release management for the different update cycles of the hybrid world (classic BW/4 upgrades vs. dynamic cloud updates). Through proactive stakeholder management and clear release notes, you always ensure transparency.
• Standardization & Rollout: You develop scalable, uniform platform solutions and drive their international rollout within the Schwarz Group.
• Capacity Management: You support annual cost planning and take over proactive consumption control in the cloud.

Your Profile

• Academic Foundation: You have a degree in computer science, business informatics, software engineering, or a comparable qualification with a high IT affinity.
• Confident Communication: Fluent German language skills (C1 level) for collaboration with interfaces – good English skills are a plus.
• Relevant Professional Experience: You have many years of experience in the enterprise environment (BI or AI) and have independently led complex architecture projects to success.
• Hands-on SAP Expertise: You have in-depth knowledge in the operation and administration of SAP BW/4HANA (or BW on HANA) and are proficient in using SAP Datasphere and SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Technical Toolkit: You are proficient in SQL and ABAP, master modern data modeling, and understand system architectures.
• Doer Mentality: You are characterized by a structured, solution-oriented approach and assertiveness.
