We are currently looking for a dedicated employee at our Munich location (approx. 170 employees); the location is responsible for the DACHNL markets.

Your Role

As a Finance Manager (m/f/d), you will be responsible for accounting and reporting in Munich, optimize processes, ensure data quality, lead a small team, and collaborate internationally within the Finance team.

Your Tasks:

• Steering accounting and reporting for EMS Munich with a continuous focus on efficiency and quality
• Responsibility for data integrity and clarification of accounting discrepancies and audit findings
• Active participation in the operational day-to-day business of accounting
• Support of the Head of Finance in tax matters and statutory reporting
• Processing and coordination of statistical reports (K4, Z4, IntraStat)
• Technical leadership of a 3-person AR/AP team
• Collaboration in an international and cross-functional environment

What we're looking for:

• Relevant professional experience in accounting (financial accounting / senior accounting) according to HGB or a comparable qualification
• Strong analytical skills, high attention to detail, and sound tax expertise
• Ability to prioritize and implement tasks in a structured and timely manner
• Proficiency with ERP systems
• Independent, solution-oriented, and responsible way of working
• Strong communication and teamwork skills combined with a pragmatic hands-on mentality
• Fluent German and good English skills
