Join our Direct Sales team as a Bilingual Account Executive, where you will play a pivotal role in broadening our customer base and increasing market presence. In this dynamic position, you will work closely with businesses to identify their operational needs and recommend customized software solutions that enhance their workflows.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with fellow Account Executives to drive growth and adoption of Odoo SaaS solutions.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, including handling inbound inquiries, closing initial sales, and managing accounts for upselling opportunities.
- Act as a solution engineer by assessing and analyzing the prospects' business operations to create customized Odoo implementation packages for demonstrations.
- Market a wide range of SaaS offerings across various industries, focusing on the Latin American region.
- Identify opportunities to enhance and optimize the sales process actively.
- Participate in team reviews and business progress updates, sharing best practices and insights.
- Achieve and exceed revenue targets in this quota-carrying role.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- 1+ years of experience in a sales role with a SaaS provider.
- Fluency in English and French (professional or native/bilingual proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking).
- Strong understanding of business operations.
- Knowledge of the software provider landscape across various industries.
- Proven ability to learn, adapt quickly, and communicate effectively.
- Results-oriented, analytical, self-motivated, and capable of meeting objectives and targets.
- Creative thinker capable of outside-the-box strategizing.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in a closing sales position within a SaaS context.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and surpassing sales goals.

The estimated annual compensation range for this role is $70,000-$90,000 OTE (on-target earnings), with a base salary ranging from $50,000 to $70,000. Actual salaries may vary based on factors including education, experience, professional accomplishments, business needs, and location.
