Bilingual HSSE Technical Writer Role

Elevate health and safety documentation as a Bilingual HSSE Technical Writer. Develop, implement, and maintain HSSE program documents in both French and English, ensuring regulatory compliance across Canada.

This role, under the guidance of the HSSE Director, harmonizes global standards with local requirements in Canada. You will collaborate with HSSE Managers and operational teams to gather insights and ensure documentation aligns with organizational needs. Key responsibilities include delivering guidance documents and maintaining quality processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain HSSE guidance documents in English and French
• Manage quality control for HSSE framework documents
• Collaborate with regional HSSE and BOU Managers
• Visualize data trends with the HSSE Data team
• Facilitate HSSE training and maintain SharePoint documents

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years in technical writing or coordination
• Proficiency in French and English communication
• Understanding of Canadian HSSE regulations
• Experience with ISO certified documents preferred
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office and Share Point
