What You’ll Do

You’ll play a key role in helping candidates find opportunities while supporting our recruiting team behind the scenes.

• Conduct high-volume outbound calls (English & Spanish) to source and screen candidates
• Post and manage job ads (Indeed and other platforms)
• Review resumes and match candidates to open roles
• Schedule interviews and maintain candidate communication
• Guide candidates through the hiring and onboarding process
• Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Support both local and remote recruiting efforts
• Assist with front desk duties and general office support
• Help maintain strong client relationships and meet staffing needs

What We’re Looking For

• Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
• Previous staffing industry experience required
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable making frequent outbound calls
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented with a positive, proactive attitude
• Basic computer skills (Excel or Google Sheets)
• ATS experience is a plus
