Bilingual Junior UAT Tester

Key Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains test plans, test suites, and end-to-end business processes.
• Executes testing using JIRA, Salesforce, and related scenarios.
• Demonstrates expertise conveying technical and functional concepts.
• Identifies improvements to project standards for high-quality services/products.
• Coordinates programming activities with application development team.
• Confers with business and technical personnel to resolve problems of intent, inaccuracy, or feasibility.
• Determines necessity for modifications or enhancements with stakeholders.
• Leverages written/verbal communication to develop business processes and programming solutions.
• Identifies best practices and standards for product use.
• Delivers hands-on technical design/code work in large complex systems.
• Integrates diverse technical environments and cross-platform technologies.
• Provides support/design for industry-specific applications integrating statewide systems.
• Interacts with executive-level business users or technical experts.
• Functions as niche technical SME with advanced experience in implementations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with testing methodologies/tools like JIRA and Salesforce.
• Proven hands-on technical design/code in complex systems.
• Expertise integrating diverse/cross-platform technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written/verbal communication.
• Cooperative team‑player and self‑starter mindset.
• Native/bilingual English proficiency.
• Bachelor's degree in IT (or related) or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years IT industry experience.
