Responsibilities

• Find, screen, and interview potential employees
• Work with our clients to oversee the employees hired
• Provide management with requested reports and documents

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in Spanish and English
• Must have 2+ years of recruiting experience
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must have determination and creativity to find qualified employees
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
