Recruiter (High-Volume Staffing)

Partners Personnel is actively seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our team in a high-demand, fast-paced staffing environment. This role is ideal for someone who can handle high-volume recruiting and is experienced with modern sourcing strategies, including recruiting videos.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates across multiple industries (warehouse, clerical, skilled roles, etc.)
• Manage high-volume recruiting needs in a fast-paced environment
• Post and manage job ads on platforms such as Indeed and ZipRecruiter
• Create and utilize recruiting videos to attract candidates
• Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
• Coordinate interviews, onboarding, and hiring processes
• Build strong relationships with candidates and clients

Requirements

• Previous recruiting experience in the staffing industry required
• Experience recruiting across multiple industries
• Strong experience with Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and other job boards
• Experience creating and using recruiting videos
• Ability to handle high-demand, high-volume recruiting
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
