About the Opportunity

• Own the full recruitment cycle for a large operation; sourcing and screening for high-volume, field-based positions including drivers and skilled trades across multiple districts
• Act as a strategic partner to local and divisional managers, providing workforce planning support, talent pipeline development, and regular hiring updates to senior leadership
• Drive creative sourcing and employer branding initiatives while using recruitment metrics and analytics to continuously improve process effectiveness

About You

• Fully bilingual (French/English, written and oral) with 4+ years of high-volume recruitment experience, ideally within an industrial, logistics, or transportation environment
• Relationship-driven communicator who can build trust at all levels of an organization, manage competing priorities, and deliver proactive updates with a solutions-first mindset
• Hands‑on experience with an ATS or CRM platform, proficient in MS Office Suite

Pay Range: $70,000 - $80,000 per year
