Job Summary
We are looking for dynamic professionals with strong communication skills in both French and English, who have experience in recruitment and/or sales. The ideal candidate should be confident in interacting with international clients, managing end-to-end processes, and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with clients and candidates in French and English (written & verbal)
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (sourcing, screening, coordination, and closure)
- OR
- Drive sales activities including lead generation, client outreach, and deal closure
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Understand client requirements and deliver suitable solutions/candidates
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet business targets and timelines
- Ensure high levels of professionalism and client satisfaction
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proficiency in French (B2 level or above preferred) and English
- Prior experience in recruitment and/or sales (2+ years)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment
- Good organizational and time management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with international clients (French-speaking regions preferred)
- Background in IT recruitment / B2B sales / staffing industry
- Certification in French (DELF/DALF or equivalent)
