Job Summary

We are looking for dynamic professionals with strong communication skills in both French and English, who have experience in recruitment and/or sales. The ideal candidate should be confident in interacting with international clients, managing end-to-end processes, and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate effectively with clients and candidates in French and English (written & verbal)
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (sourcing, screening, coordination, and closure)

  • Drive sales activities including lead generation, client outreach, and deal closure
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Understand client requirements and deliver suitable solutions/candidates
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet business targets and timelines
  • Ensure high levels of professionalism and client satisfaction

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proficiency in French (B2 level or above preferred) and English
  • Prior experience in recruitment and/or sales (2+ years)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment
  • Good organizational and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with international clients (French-speaking regions preferred)
  • Background in IT recruitment / B2B sales / staffing industry
  • Certification in French (DELF/DALF or equivalent)
