Role Overview

The Bilingual Recruiting role is integral to our recruiting team, focusing on sourcing and acquiring top talent primarily for entry-level and mid-level positions. This position requires fluency in Spanish and English to effectively communicate with a diverse candidate pool and coordinate throughout the recruitment process.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates for entry-level and mid-level roles
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Communicate bilingually (Spanish-English) throughout the recruitment process
• Screen resumes to identify qualified applicants
• Maintain accurate recruitment reporting and documentation
• Support talent acquisition efforts as part of a collaborative recruiting team

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in recruiting
• Fluency in Spanish and English
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Strong interviewing techniques and candidate screening skills
• Exceptional customer service and communication abilities
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
