Join a Leading Commercial Construction Firm as a Senior Financial Accountant!

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Accountant to join our established team at a reputable Commercial Construction Contractor. This is your chance to become part of a dynamic team that values hard work and commitment.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and comprehensive financial records, including general ledgers, accounts payable, and receivable.
• Conduct bank reconciliations and vendor ledger reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.
• Manage vendor and subcontractor W-9s and Certificates of Insurance (COI) while preparing annual 1099s.
• Perform variance analyses and assist with various accounting duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Fluency in both English and Mandarin Chinese.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required.
• A minimum of 5 years of accounting experience.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer skills.
• Being a Notary Public is a plus, though not required.
• CPA certification is an advantage.
