Requirements

  • Fluency in both written and verbal Spanish
  • Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Strong background in corporate recruiting with familiarity in diverse industries.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Ability to conduct interviews and evaluate candidates’ qualifications thoroughly.
  • Fluency in Spanish is required to engage with bilingual candidates.
  • Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
