Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and bilingual Staffing Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team! In this energetic role, you will drive the full-cycle recruitment process, connecting talented bilingual candidates with exciting opportunities across various departments. Responsibilities
- Source, attract, and engage bilingual candidates through various channels including social media management, job boards, ATS (Applicant Tracking System) platforms like Lever or iCIMS, and internal recruiting tools such as Workday or PeopleSoft.
- Conduct comprehensive interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit, ensuring alignment with employment laws and labor regulations.
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer negotiation, utilizing negotiation skills to secure top talent.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners through relationship management techniques and cold calling when necessary.
- Coordinate onboarding processes including employee orientation, contracts review, employee evaluation setup, and training & development programs.
- Utilize HRIS (Human Resources Information System) platforms such as UltiPro or ADP for data entry, reporting, and compliance tracking.
- Stay informed about industry trends in talent acquisition, campus recruitment strategies, executive recruiting practices, and HR sourcing techniques to continuously improve recruitment effectiveness.
Experience
- Proven experience in technical recruiting or HR sourcing within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong background in talent management strategies including succession planning and lead generation.
- Demonstrated success in recruiting across multiple levels—from entry-level campus recruitment to executive search—using ATS tools like Taleo or Salesforce.
- Familiarity with employment & labor law compliance and HRIS systems such as Kronos or Paychex.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to research market trends and develop compelling candidate outreach campaigns via social media platforms.
- Experience working with applicant tracking systems like iCIMS or PeopleSoft is highly preferred.
- Prior involvement in employee relations activities such as employee orientation, contracts management, and employee evaluation processes.

Pay
$19.00 - $20.00 per hour
