We are currently seeking a Bilingual Account Manager to join our team in Arlington, TX. In this role, you will support recruiting operations, candidate engagement, and onsite workforce management in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule

Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Key Responsibilities

• Manage recruiting activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
• Serve as a primary point of contact for associates and client partners
• Coordinate onboarding, orientations, and employee engagement initiatives
• Monitor attendance, productivity, and overall workforce performance
• Support daily staffing operations including shift coverage and scheduling
• Maintain strong relationships with associates to ensure a positive work experience
• Partner with internal leadership to ensure operational goals are met
• Maintain accurate records and reporting within company systems
• Promote a safe, compliant, and positive work environment

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
• Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or workforce management preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
