From the Samuel-De Champlain Bridge, the REM, the Louis-Hippolyte-La Fontaine Bridge-Tunnel, the condominium towers in downtown Montreal, arenas, hospitals, and beyond, our expertise spans a wide range of sectors, including institutional, industrial, civil engineering, commercial, and residential.
The Talent Acquisition Advisor will play a key role in selecting qualified candidates for our plant, construction site, and administrative positions across Canada. They will be responsible for supporting hiring managers in recruiting candidates for their respective divisions and defining strategies to attract top talent. They will oversee the entire recruitment process, from job postings and interviews to final selection and the job offer.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for our plant, construction site, and administrative roles across Canada
- Implement and adapt effective recruitment strategies tailored to each specific role
- Proactively source candidates through various recruitment platforms
- Advise hiring managers on ideal candidate profiles and final hiring decisions
- Actively participate in specialized recruitment campaigns for site-based roles
- Contribute to various talent acquisition projects (training, continuous improvement, employer branding, etc.)
- Promote the employer brand across our social media channels
- Develop a talent pipeline of qualified candidates using our ATS
- Maintain and apply recruitment processes in partnership with the Human Resources team
- Ensure a high-level candidate experience through consistent and timely follow-ups
- Perform any other related duties as required
About You:
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience.
- 1-3 years of experience in talent acquisition in a fast pace setting
- Bachelors degree in human resources, administration or any other related field
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a team
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent spoken and written French and English are required, as this position involves conducting interviews in both languages across Canada.
