Kayman has partnered with a top tier, highly reputable recruitment search firm on a retained basis to make a key senior hire (Billing Manager/VP). This is a priority, high-impact role offering full remote flexibility and the opportunity to step into a true leadership position with immediate ownership and long-term growth potential.

This individual will inherit a high-performing team of 5 consultants from day one, including a top biller producing ~$250k per quarter, with the wider team consistently generating between $500k–$1MM annually. The mandate is to lead from the front, continue billing initially, and scale the team to 8+ while building the vertical into a standalone profit centre.

The business is a specialist in technology recruitment, partnering with some of the most well-known names in the industry, as well as seed-funded startups. They are deeply embedded in the market, sponsoring major events and conferences, with leadership that actively invests in and advises their client base, especially across Cybersecurity and broader core technology verticals.

This hire comes as a result of growth, with the Managing Director currently overseeing 20+ direct reports. You will take full ownership of one of the firm’s core verticals, with complete autonomy across hiring, strategy, and execution.

Compensation & Incentives

• Fully remote
• Base salary: $100k-$120k
• 25% commission on personal billings (no threshold)
• 2%-4% team override
• Clear path to transition into a non-billing leadership role after building the team to 8+

Who They’re Looking For:

• Strong background in technology recruitment (Cybersecurity, AI/ML, Data preferred)
• Proven billing track record with the ability to lead from the front
• Experience managing or mentoring consultants
• Confident engaging with senior stakeholders and representing the business externally
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ambition to build and scale a high-performing team
