About the role

As a Blades Module Product Manager at Vestas Blades R&D, you will lead a major blade platform driving technology, performance, and industrialization. Your role involves guiding a large Agile Release Train, shaping the product vision, and collaborating across global teams to deliver highvalue, nextgeneration blade solutions.

**Key Responsibilities:** - Report to the VP, Solution Owner Blades and serve as the Product Manager (SAFe role) for a major blade platform, leading a Blade Agile Release Train (ART) - Define and own the vision and roadmap for the ART, ensuring alignment with business goals, customer needs, and longterm product strategy - Manage and prioritize the ART backlog, balancing scope, timelines, and value delivery. Ensure commitments are met by working closely with customers, stakeholders, and crossfunctional teams - Drive endtoend product ownership, covering new technology development, performance enhancements, costout initiatives, and quality improvements across the platform lifecycle - Lead without direct authority, guiding and influencing a Release Train of approximately 50100 engineers to achieve strategic objectives and deliver highvalue increments - Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maximize customer value, ensure transparency, and continuously improve ART performance

**Qualifications:** - Minimum 10 years of experience in blade design, blade manufacturing, new product introduction (NPI), or experience from the automotive industry - Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering from a relevant discipline - Familiarity with SAFe and Systems Engineering is beneficial - Technical understanding of blade engineering, materials, and manufacturing processes, with the ability to guide industrialization and product maturity - Demonstrated leadership experience, either through project leadership or people management within an industrial or engineering environment - Stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence, collaborate, and communicate across diverse teams and organizational levels - Fluency in English, both written and spoken
