Senior Blockchain Engineer

Our client is seeking Senior Blockchain Engineers for 6 month contracts (renewable) to help design and build next generation financial platforms that bridge traditional banking systems with blockchain based infrastructure. This role focuses on developing secure, scalable solutions for digital asset management, tokenization of real world assets, and modern payment flows.

You will work across both blockchain and traditional financial systems, building smart contracts, integrating with payment networks, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The environment is highly collaborative and suited to engineers who enjoy working on complex, high impact systems at the intersection of finance and emerging technology.

This is not a purely experimental crypto role. The focus is on building enterprise grade, compliant solutions used in real world financial operations.

Responsibilities:

• Deep expertise in EVM-compatible chains (Ethereum, Polygon, Base) and non-EVM ecosystems (Solana, Stellar)
• Proficiency in Solidity and/or Rust for smart contract development
• Hands-on experience with token standards: ERC-20, ERC-1400, ERC-3525 (security tokens, RWA tokenization)
• Familiarity with stablecoin architectures (fiat-backed), wallets, custody
• Experience integrating with payment rails - SWIFT, ACH, ISO 20022, and emerging blockchain settlement networks
• Understanding of cross-chain bridging protocols and interoperability standards
• Familiarity with on-chain compliance tooling (Chainalysis, Elliptic, Fireblocks)
• Experience building for regulated environments - AML/KYC workflows, travel rule compliance, permissioned token frameworks
• Web3 development stack: Hardhat/Foundry, ethers.js/wagmi, Graph
• CI/CD pipelines, smart contract testing frameworks, and formal verification exposure
• API integration with custodians and institutional-grade wallet infrastructure (Fireblocks, Anchorage, BitGo)
