About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Design and architect scalable, secure, and performant blockchain solutions tailored to client requirements.
• Evaluate and recommend appropriate blockchain platforms, consensus mechanisms, and distributed ledger technologies.
• Develop and oversee the implementation of smart contracts and decentralized applications (dApps).
• Collaborate closely with development teams, product managers, and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance on blockchain development best practices, security protocols, and performance optimization.
• Conduct feasibility studies and proof-of-concepts for new blockchain technologies and applications.
• Develop comprehensive documentation, including technical designs, API specifications, and deployment guides.
• Stay current with the latest advancements, trends, and emerging technologies in the blockchain and cryptocurrency space.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to the knowledge sharing within the engineering team.
• Ensure the integration of blockchain solutions with existing systems and infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Blockchain Architect, Lead Developer, or similar senior technical role.
• In‑depth knowledge of various blockchain platforms (e.g., Ethereum, Hyperledger Fabric, Solana, Polkadot).
• Strong understanding of cryptography, consensus algorithms, and distributed systems.
• Proficiency in smart contract development languages (e.g., Solidity, Rust).
• Experience with developing and deploying dApps.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and critical‑thinking skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical projects from conception to completion in a remote environment.
