Link’Elles is a non-profit association dedicated to female entrepreneurship. Our missions include connecting members, especially women entrepreneurs and those aspiring to be, through various actions (open to all) and showcasing all actors of French entrepreneurship.

Role

We are seeking a volunteer project manager in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region to lead our call for projects, from identifying agricultural innovations to highlighting them at the Bordeaux Salon in October 2026.

Responsibilities

• Pilot the call for projects (40%): sourcing innovative project leaders in the viticulture sector, managing applications, organizing the selection jury, coordinating incubation for 10 laureates.
• Development & Partnerships (30%): operational follow-up with regional institutions and partners, assist in finding local private sponsors.
• Event & Networking (20%): organize logistics for the "Village Link’Elles" and pitch sessions at the Bordeaux Salon, coordinate bi-monthly networking events.
• Local Communication (10%): animate the regional community on social media, create promotional content (newsletters, flyers, testimonials).

Requirements

• Hard Skills:

  • Project management expertise with strong to-do list and scheduling skills.
  • Experience or strong interest in wine, agriculture, or sustainable innovation.
  • Excellent writing skills for emails and clear reports.

• Soft Skills:

  • Agility and versatility in an association environment.
  • Good interpersonal skills to communicate with diverse stakeholders.

Commitment

• Approximately 5 hours per week.
• Continuous engagement is important.
