Hire Resolve's client is seeking a dedicated Bookkeeper/Accountant to join their growing Doctor's Office team in Bryanston. This dual role will combine elements of bookkeeping and accounting to ensure accurate financial record-keeping and reporting. Responsibilities

  • Maintain financial records, including managing accounts payable and receivable
  • Prepare and post journal entries, ensuring accurate record of transactions
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports
  • Conduct reconciliations of bank statements and general ledger accounts
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes
  • Manage payroll and related functions
  • Assist with audits and tax preparations as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field/Minimum a Diploma in finance or Accounting
  • 3+ years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting
  • Proficient in accounting software
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Strong Personality and Determined
