Dell Boomi Systems Integration Analyst

About

• Role is a mix of systems analyst and admin managing the Dell Boomi platform.
• Responsible for troubleshooting integration issues, creating and enhancing processes, and ensuring system uptime.
• Provide after-hours support for critical integrations.
• Work with various systems including financial, customer, CMMS, asset management, GIS, ERP, SCADA, and cloud/SaaS applications.
• Focus on connecting these systems and automating data flows using Dell Boomi.
• Interact primarily with data management and IT teams (30-35 people), communicating with 2-5 stakeholders daily.
• Sole in-house Dell Boomi resource.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Dell Boomi.
• Ability to learn other enterprise systems and business workflows over time.
• Dell Boomi certifications preferred.

Work Schedule and Location

• Hybrid position requiring three days in the office at the plant and two days remote.
• Flexibility based on meetings.
• Remote-only work is not permitted due to organizational policy.

Contract Details

• Contract duration at least six months, with possibility of extension up to twelve months depending on progress.

Compensation

• Salary range from $104,000 to $169,000 based on government entity levels.

Interview Process

• Two-round interview: technical interview with technical team and leadership interview focusing on personality, soft skills, and experience.
• Technical interview assesses Dell Boomi proficiency; certifications recommended.

Integration Platform and Systems

• Integrate with proprietary and industry-standard platforms.
• Systems include GIS, Fusion, SCADA, Cityworks, and asset management platforms.
• Workload approximately 60% operations maintaining existing integrations and 40% supporting new projects.

Office Location

• Office located at the plant; address available via email signature or Google.
• May need to move between locations for meetings.
