Requirements

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in: PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, SQL
• Experience with ERP systems (SAGE Evolution), CMS platforms and development tools.
• Knowledge of SAP and Business Intelligence reporting.
• Familiarity with SDLC, UAT, Waterfall and Agile methodologies.

Soft Skills

• Excellent communication skills
• Strong leadership potential with stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise effectively and perform under pressure.
• High attention to detail, problem-solving mindset and passion for continuous improvement.
• Customer-focused, quality-driven and adaptable to evolving business needs.

Desired Experience & Qualification

• 3 + years of experience as a Business Analyst, with proven expertise in BPO and digital transformation.
• Relevant qualifications in Business Analysis, IT or related fields (Matric minimum; degree preferred).
• Passion for AI
