Job Experience & Skills Required

  • Minimum 7–10 years’ experience in the mining or industrial sector, with exposure to wear lining, coatings, or wear protection solutions
  • Proven experience in a Branch Manager, Sales Manager, or Senior Commercial leadership role
  • Strong background in managing and developing sales teams
  • Demonstrated success in driving branch profitability, sales targets, and market growth
  • Solid technical understanding of wear lining paint systems, abrasion, and corrosion solutions
  • Experience selling into mining operations and managing key accounts
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and performance management skills
  • Ability to develop and execute sales strategies aligned to business objectives
  • Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills
  • Financial and budget management experience (advantageous)
  • Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel within the region
  • Must be based in or willing to relocate to Kathu
