  • Xaaki is seeking high-energy and target-driven Brand Activation Executives based in Abuja to lead on-ground user acquisition and conversion efforts.

Core Responsibilities

  • Execute field marketing campaigns across assigned locations in Abuja
  • Drive app installs, registrations, and first-time service bookings
  • Educate potential users on Xaaki’s value proposition (fast, reliable repair services)
  • Use referral codes, QR codes, and digital links to track conversions
  • Identify and activate high-traffic zones (markets, campuses, estates, bus stops, hubs)
  • Support promotional activations, street campaigns, and partnership outreach
  • Gather real-time customer feedback and market intelligence
  • Submit structured daily/weekly performance reports
  • Collaborate with the growth team to improve conversion strategies

Requirements

  • Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working in field environments and public spaces
  • Self-driven, disciplined, and target-oriented mindset
  • Basic digital literacy (mobile apps, QR codes, referrals)
  • Familiarity with Abuja locations and user clusters is an advantage
  • Prior experience in sales, field marketing, promotions, or activations is a plus
