As Omnichannel Brand Activation Manager for the BNLX region, you are ultimately responsible for the realization and management of all brand activations in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg. You play a key role in translating activations to all omnichannel touchpoints, with a strong focus on our Retail organization.

Your main focus is the strategic development of the local database, with the goal of: higher customer lifetime value, higher spending intensity, and a higher purchase frequency among our members, as well as recruiting new members. You translate and personalize strategies for the Benelux, with a differentiation approach per country and store format, and actively communicate insights to both global and local teams. You also work closely with specialists from various disciplines, focusing on Promo & Activation & Retail, but also with Campaigns, Digital Commerce, Partnerships, PR, and Influencers.

Key Leadership Responsibilities:

  • Leads and manages all omni-channel activations in the BNLX region, including in-store support, market moments, product launches, member events, personalized communication, and local activations.
  • Drives CRM initiatives, with an emphasis on database growth and activation, and monitors communication across various channels.
  • Brings creativity, energy, and strong analytical skills and promotes effective collaboration, both locally and internationally.
  • Reports to the Head of Marketing and leads the local Brand Activation team of 3 FTEs.
  • Adopts an entrepreneurial mindset and excellent communication skills, works towards measurable results, and continuously monitors the impact of activations.
  • Has a strong affinity with our brand and stays up-to-date with beauty trends; actively follows activation strategies of other leading brands.

Specific Management Tasks:

  • Manages and monitors the brand activation budget.
  • Fosters a culture of continuous learning and challenges the team to develop innovative concepts that increase member satisfaction.
  • Develops and implements an integrated plan to grow our member base in the BNLX and closely monitors its execution.
  • Independently analyzes market dynamics within the BNLX region, identifies opportunities, and reports insights and recommendations to the global and local teams.
  • Makes data-driven improvement proposals and ensures alignment with all stakeholders.
  • Ensures all communication is on-brand and, with the team, edits copy for Rituals' channels to achieve an optimal brand experience for customers.
  • Promotes close collaboration with specialists within the commercial triangle (Retail, Marketing & Training) in the BNLX region and with external agencies.

This is you

  • Completed relevant university education.
  • Minimum of 8 years of demonstrable leadership experience in a marketing-related role.
  • Demonstrably able to lead independently, proactively, and collaboratively, with a focus on results.
  • Strong out-of-the-box thinking ability and enthusiasm for effective relationship management.
  • Excellent language skills, both written and oral, with attention to detail.
  • Excellent command of Dutch and English; knowledge of additional languages such as French is a plus.
  • In-depth knowledge of the BNLX market is a strong plus.
  • Solid knowledge of the beauty market, brand dynamics, and the ability to empathize with our target audience.
