Unique Experiences Tourism Ltd, headquartered in Switzerland, holds the exclusive global marketing and sales rights for Fregate Island. Our dedicated team supports both professional travel partners and private clients. As the primary point of contact for all booking‑related inquiries, our Sales & Marketing team assists with bespoke arrangements including weddings, corporate retreats, and full island buyouts.
Role Description
Full‑time, on‑site role located in Risch‑Rotkreuz for a Performance, CRM/CEP and Brand Manager. The role involves managing the performance of marketing and sales initiatives, overseeing customer relationship management (CRM) strategies, and upholding the brand's image. Daily tasks include analysing sales data, communicating with clients and team members, managing projects, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- At least three years of professional experience in an international PR, brand, or marketing position.
- Fluent, professional English plus two other Seychelles‑relevant languages such as French, Slavic languages, or German – this is essential.
- Excellent communication skills paired with a strong visual sense.
- Previous leadership role in a content‑driven marketing position within a 5‑star luxury hotel or premium lifestyle brand.
- Proven experience managing budgets.
- Demonstrated success in working with external PR and marketing agencies.
- Personality: approachable and energetic, highly empathetic, culturally sensitive, and hands‑on in your approach.
- Outstanding writing skills, confident presenting at executive level, and capable of inspiring and leading a team.
- Comfortable working in and thriving in a start‑up environment.
- Happy to take over ownership and drive projects independently.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement creative strategies and measurable actions to boost customer acquisition, nurturing, and relationship management through micro‑targeting, digital marketing, social media, partnerships, and influencer collaborations—data‑driven, empathic, and performance‑focused.
- Optimise guest retention strategies using CRM/CEP tools and personalised marketing.
- Leverage data (supported by the data team) to continuously improve occupancy, cost‑per‑sale, average daily spend, conversion rates, and customer lifetime value.
- Define and analyse exclusive customer segments and touchpoints to create effective marketing measures and impactful campaigns.
- Develop and execute personalised customer experiences to enhance awareness, engagement, and lead nurturing.
- Implement and refine marketing automation processes along the entire user journey.
- Work closely with the content team, ensuring consistent messaging, emotional and inspiring storytelling, and a unified brand voice across all platforms.
- Manage marketing strategies, asset production, editorial plans, landing pages, topical pages (including SEO), and ensure compliant communication across all touchpoints.
- Optimise funnels, landing pages, and booking experiences to increase conversions; analyse user behaviour data to identify and remove booking process bottlenecks.
- Conduct A/B tests and growth experiments across digital channels (Email, Messenger, SEO, SEM, PPC, GEO, Social Media).
- Analyse performance metrics with the Data and Analytics specialist to uncover growth opportunities and refine marketing efforts.
- Use analytics and monitoring tools to track and understand user behaviour, identify growth levers, and enhance data privacy through server‑side tagging and tracking.
- Identify strategic partnerships with influencers, luxury brands, and travel agencies to expand market reach.
- Drive collaborations with media outlets, publishers, and content creators to increase brand exposure.
- Monitor and analyse key competitors.
- Stay current with luxury travel and hospitality trends to innovate and sharpen the brand's offerings.
- Ensure consistent execution of brand guidelines online, offline, and on the island (including marketing, PR materials, and third‑party advertisements).
- Plan campaigns, events, and PR activities proactively and manage the marketing budget effectively.
- Align closely with Sales, On‑Island, and Analytics teams.
- Exchange with external stakeholders, providing marketing materials proactively, in alignment with the sales team.
- Manage communications spending and collaborate with vendors/agencies to create and localise marketing activities and assets.
