🚀 Not your typical Brand Manager role… and we don’t want a typical Marketer. A leading pharmaceutical industry player is looking for a Consumer Brand Manager (Digital & Consumer-Focused) to shake things up.
This isn’t about playing it safe. It’s about bringing fresh, creative thinking into a space traditionally led by clinical minds — and showing what modern marketing can look like.
What you’ll do:
- Build bold, consumer-facing campaigns across digital, social & retail
- Own content, platforms, performance marketing & insights
- Turn data into action (and results)
- Drive consumer engagement, loyalty & brand growth
- Collaborate with a highly clinical team — and challenge the norm
Who this is for:
- Creators, thinkers, doers — not “classical” marketers
- Agency talent or digitally native marketers with real execution experience
- Someone who understands OTC/pharma audiences or can learn fast and apply modern tools
- Comfortable proving impact — portfolio or case studies required
- 3–5 years experience ideal, but high-potential junior talent with the right mindset will be considered
- Highly qualified (BCom Degree minimum) / Data Driven
Environment:
- Fast-paced, high accountability

- 8–5, fully in it
