Role Summary
As an Account Manager at Impulso Media, you're the connective tissue between our clients and the work. You own the relationships, the strategy, and the execution, ensuring campaigns come to life on time, on brief, and above expectations. We're looking for someone who thrives in fast-paced, culturally driven environments, loves working closely with clients, and can turn big-picture goals into clear, actionable plans. You'll lead client communication, coordinate internal teams, and play a direct role in growing some of the most exciting brands in DTC and CPG.
How This Role Fits Into the Team
You'll work alongside our creative, paid media, and strategy teams, serving as the strategic hub that keeps all workstreams aligned. You set the direction, manage the relationship, and make sure the execution matches the vision. An Account Coordinator will support you on the operational side.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for your client portfolio by building trust, leading regular calls, and ensuring clients feel genuinely supported.
- Understand each client's business objectives deeply enough to anticipate their needs and proactively bring solutions.
- Advocate for clients internally, while also pushing back when needed to protect the quality and integrity of the work.
- Identify and act on upsell and cross-sell opportunities that genuinely serve client growth.
Campaign Planning and Strategy
- Develop comprehensive campaign briefs and strategic plans across paid, organic, and creative channels.
- Bring innovative, culturally relevant ideas to the table; this isn't a plug-and-play role.
- Translate market trends, performance data, and industry insights into sharp strategic recommendations.
Project Management
- Own campaigns from kickoff to delivery, coordinating across creative, paid, social, and strategy teams.
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and client expectations with precision.
- Contribute to agency-wide initiatives that improve how we work and deliver.
Budget Management
- Oversee project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring profitability without sacrificing quality.
- Flag and resolve budget discrepancies proactively.
Performance Analysis
- Monitor campaign KPIs: reach, engagement, conversions, and beyond, and report on them clearly.
- Work with internal teams to translate data into actionable optimizations.

What We're Looking For ✅
- 2+ years in Account Management or Client Success, ideally in an agency setting or working with DTC/e-commerce brands.
- Proven ability to build strong client relationships and manage multi-channel campaigns end-to-end.
- A strategic, creative thinker who can pitch bold ideas and back them up with clear rationale.
- Strong project management instincts, you keep things on track without being asked twice.
- Data-savvy enough to understand performance metrics and translate them into next steps.
- A collaborative team player who also knows how to lead when it counts.
Bonus Points
- Experience with Shopify and/or e-commerce brands.
- Familiarity with tools like Asana, Klaviyo, Airtable, and Slack in a professional setting.
