WhatJobs Direct is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Brand Marketing Manager to lead our remote marketing initiatives for fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG). This is a fully remote position where you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive consumer engagement, and achieve sales targets. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, leveraging digital channels and market insights to build strong, resonant brands within the FMCG sector.

Responsibilities: Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies for assigned FMCG brands, aligning with overall business objectives. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and emerging trends. Manage the brand's marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and ROI. Oversee the creation of compelling marketing content across various platforms, including digital, social media, and point-of-sale. Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing. Collaborate with sales teams to develop promotional plans and support new product launches. Monitor brand performance metrics and analyze campaign effectiveness, making data-driven adjustments as needed. Build and maintain strong relationships with agencies, media partners, and other external stakeholders. Manage brand identity and ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints. Lead and mentor junior marketing staff, fostering a high-performing remote team culture. Stay abreast of industry best practices, new technologies, and consumer behavior changes in the FMCG landscape. Present marketing plans, performance reports, and strategic recommendations to senior management. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA or relevant Master's degree is a plus. Minimum of 6 years of experience in brand management or marketing, preferably within the FMCG sector. Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drove sales and brand growth. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media analytics). Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a remote team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strategic thinking and analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Creative mindset with a passion for consumer insights and brand storytelling. Experience with market research methodologies and consumer behavior analysis. Proficiency in marketing automation platforms and CRM systems is desirable.
