About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Works with the Sr. Director of Brand Marketing, Home Solutions to develop, support and implement best-in-class marketing strategies and initiatives.
- Understand and manage the metrics that measure marketing initiatives’ impact – to support and deliver business and brand health goals.
- Embrace LG’s consumer experience marketing strategy built on a data‑driven marketing mindset.
- Partner, align and influence cross‑functional marketing teams to plan, develop and execute end‑to‑end integrated campaigns across the home appliance category.
- Deploy integrated marketing communication campaigns across all elements of the marketing mix from advertising to in‑store, leveraging Paid, Owned and Earned channels.
- Lead the storytelling effort across home solutions product category launches by translating functional and technical specs into compelling and differentiated consumer propositions, across key home appliance categories.
- Develop and manage campaign launch asset toolkits to drive consistency of omni‑channel communications.
- Support brand Sr. Director on key activities including annual planning and budget management.
- Report, analyze and optimize marketing campaigns throughout the year to drive actionable insights for future initiatives.
- Ongoing monitoring of brand and lg.com metrics, identifying opportunities and risks.
- Monitor competitive landscape and identify implications, potential business impacts.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field with 7+ years of digital marketing, marketing strategy and/or new product commercialization with a proven track record of results.
- Experience in marketing communication development and digital storytelling.
- Experience in developing and deploying integrated marketing campaigns, including executing against marketing and business strategies, aligning internal teams, monitoring performance, measuring results and campaign recapping.
- Experience in marketing campaign development, supporting new product launches, success in managing agencies, and collaborating with cross‑functional partners in a matrixed environment.
- Ability to develop and present compelling, engaging and polished presentations that inform, inspire and influence.
- Ability to distill data and complex business issues into effective storytelling that clearly articulates solutions, opportunities and recommended action.
- Strong attention to detail; ability to tightly manage timelines and budgets.
- Ability to quickly learn new systems for project and asset management.
